House Rules & Important Information for Your Stay

Timings

Check-in: 12:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Slight flexibility in check-in/check-out may be available, subject to and dependent on other bookings.

Minimum stay: 1 night.

Tariff

Below 10 people: ₹3,000 per person

10 or more people: ₹2,900 per person

Kids (5–10 years): ₹1,500 per child

All standard activities are included in the base price.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Advance Payment & Non-Refundable Policy: To guarantee your dates, all reservations require an advance payment. Once the advance is processed, bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please finalize and confirm your travel dates prior to completing your reservation.

Activities & Add-ons

Air rifle shooting: ₹100 for 10 bullets.

Fishing: Available at an extra cost and only upon advance request. Please notify us at least 2 days prior to arrival; same-day requests cannot be accommodated.

Tea & Coffee

Standard complimentary tea/coffee is served between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

If guests agree, tea/coffee can alternatively be provided in a thermos kept on the dining table.

Requests before 4:00 PM or after 6:00 PM will incur an extra charge.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day for in-house guests.

Please help us keep the pool and surrounding area clean. Do not throw bottles, litter or food into the pool.

Pets

Pets are allowed.

Please keep pets under control and help maintain cleanliness, particularly around the pool and common areas.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

If you experience any inconvenience or have concerns regarding cleanliness, please immediately inform the owner or caretaker on-site so it can be resolved during your stay.

Damages

Any damages to the property or its contents will be assessed and billed to the guest at the time of checkout.

Parties & Music

Music and parties are welcome. Please party responsibly, but not recklessly, and be mindful of the property's countryside and forest setting.

Be Mindful of Wildlife

Wild boar, leopards and elephants may be present in the surrounding area. Avoid venturing far from the property at night and follow the owner's/caretaker's guidance.

Kitchen & Food

The kitchen is available for basic guest use, including heating water. Food service includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea/coffee/beverages and dinner.

Look After the Property

Please treat the house as you would your own. Avoid breaking bottles, littering, or leaving food and waste around the property.
